We want you to love your Tajam Scissors—risk-free. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If they’re not the perfect fit, simply send them back for a full refund or swap them for another model—no extra cost, no hassle.

How It Works:

• Request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Email us at contact@tajamscissors.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
